Worst customer service ever experienced!

Would definitely not recommend purchasing at Homechoice to anyone. My account has been fully paid up for months now but still receive statements showing an amount payable. I requested for my account to be closed when it was settled, for no salespeople to call me with regards to specials and to completely remove me from their database but none of my requests are noted. Absolutely pathetic company to deal with!!!
