Worst Customer service ever!!

I placed an order about a week ago, to date nothing or even correspondence from them. I called today and a guy called Andile Dini answered the call he was very rude to me, he told me that an sms was sent to me this morning( which I never received) claiming that is was saying the item was out of stock. I told him that I did not receive it, he still said to me I got the SMS, come on guys, even if the item was out of stock, do you wait for a week to tell me. Please teach your customer service to have customer service. I regret having an account with you guys. Can't wait to close it.
