Worst customer service

the worst customer service i have experienced in my life. A ********** account was opened using my ID and when i call them to try an get assistance to close it i am being sent from one person to another and when i send emails, no one seems to receive it yet they are the ones that provided the email address to sent the documents to. what i do not understand is that they require a bank statement to open my account but for some reason they never deducted anything from the so called bank account that they used to open this account with them. my credit is being ruined and i have debt collectors harassing me for credit i never app**** for Even if i wanted to buy anything from them in future, the service they have given me just changed my mind
