Worst Customer Experience

Worst Service I have ever experienced in my life. I made a purchase with Home Choice in May 2020 and each time getting my refund back is just a nightmare. Each call center person is rude and puts me on hold for literally 20+ mins. Now my refund is not being processed because I used my credit card to make the purchase which I closed last year so even though I gave them my debit card details, my refund was still not refunded because it has to be refunded to the credit card. When I asked so what now the answer was, "That`s the process". Still on hold as I type this. I am extremely shocked by this poor customer experience.
