Worst after service on electrical items

I am currently still waiting on the team leader by the name of Lynette to return my call. I have been calling , mailing etc since 8 December , not once did they give me any feedback without me enquiring . I have been waiting on Homechoice since 7 December for positive feedback on an item purchased and used once or twice and just packed up.

Apperently it is still at the DC for them to decide what to do with the item, However I am paying my account on time all the time, and this is the after service.

Was definelty my last purchase from them.
