Worse service ever they should close that company

I called them to assist me on my account, and they failed to do that and they must train their field agents to fill in the right information for the customers ,because that’s what happened on my case the field agent wanted to make a quick sale and wrote my house address wrong and now when I requested to be help with my account the customer service was so bad that they they left me on hold for their supervisor, and I had to wait for,till I dropped the call because no one was assisting me
