Worse service ever

I opened a home choice acc and on my app it showed i hav 800r credit .i placed an order and was asked to send my proof of income which i did..i got a call from an agent and she did all my expenses and stuff. She told me acc is approved and i will call when my order will be delivered..I got instructions to accept debi check on my absa acc for the debit order.i accepted it and was gonna be deducted on 30/06..i then got sms view days after tht saying i cancelled my debi check but i never did tht.it was on my app also ready for deduction..I called in and suddenly my order has been cancelled..I suddenly dont meet credit criteria but an agent spoke to me and told me acc is approved..I feel like an idiot becoz i brought tht as a present for my mom and all of a sudden my order is cancelled..no one ever came back to me again .im very unhappy about the way im treated..i never knew home choice treats customers like this.
