Worse Service Ever!!!

I have never experienced such bad service in my entire life,i feel like you do not care about your customers or the service you provide to them.

I bought goods on your Black Friday special and received a confirmation of my order with a correct delivery address,to my surprise my goods were delivered to a completely different address which i don't know where you got it from because it is not my delivery address on my info online or on my order which you confirmed .

I have contacted you numerous times and was told someone will contact me back , I am now told i have to re-place the order while the items are no longer in stock,where is my order that was delivered to the wrong address 1000 km away from the address i gave you?
