Worse service ever

I have purchased a Ivana bedroom set from Home Choice in April. The goods was delivered and the very next month it was damaged. I have called the call center and then they sent out an assessor to have a look at te bed, he then said that the bed had to be replaced. Up to date no one at the call center can tell me what is happening with this replacement. My daughter had to now sleep in our room cause the goods we purchased is of no use and yet every single day I get about 5 calls a day asking me for payment. I refuse to pay for damaged goods. Te reference numbers that I have on hand is ***7,***,***. I regret ever buying goods from them. Such poor quality disgusting
