Worse overall service

I have placed a order at the shop in Rissik street, Johannesburg on the 6th December 2019. Got a SMS the following day which was the 7th order has been despatched. I phoned on the 17th was told order has left East London, today I phoned again told again order left East London on the 23rd December 2019. When I asked for Supervisor was placed on hold and call finally dropped after 10minutes.
