Worse online company. I ordered and pay online for bedding in December 2023. I changed the address as well as delivery address. A week later I received a call to inform me the parcel was returned due to unknown address. IN the first place my address on their system is not mine. However I informed the agent to cancel the order and refund my money. I was told to send an email. Which I did 17th times. More calls and then suddenly late January the parcel was delived to address on their system. Which is not my address eland never been. I was told it not their problem. I had to send an affidavit and proof of my address. it's now weeks layer and still no refund. Today on the 30th January I received a text message to inform me the refund can not be done. No reason.
