Worried big time ! Confused Help !

I made an order on 30th July 2019 . numerous times I was asked for my proof of income documents. I phoned in a few times to ask how long will this take I am afraid that what I ordered is going to be sold out. On 1st August I did send them via Whatsapp, and via email. I spoke to a lady yesterday , she took my banking details and said that the order is complete the delivery man will contact me. Today I was asked again in sms that my documents can not be read I must whatsapp or email them in, so I did again. I am just confused on my order on what is going on. So I went online again to check there if my order shows something. Than I saw what my fear was that what I have ordered is now out of stock ? Luckily what I originally wanted seems to be in stock again. I just want someone from the correct department to contact me today to finalise my order AND I want help to change 1 Item (that is no out of stock) to change to what I wanted that was out of stock , that is no in stock again. I have been holding on this morning to be helped on number *** I am still holding on exact minutes now is 48 min that I have been holding on. Please contact me today so that we can amend as explained above and finalise the order please. 4 days is quite long comparing to other online ordering companies. I just really want the stuff to be finished so I can have piece of mind. Thank you
