I have an account with them, I wanted to settle my account. Because they had to send me the letter of settlement they charged me an extra R45.00 on my settlement amount. O and the most shocking...... no discount on interest when you settle your account!!!!Disgusted and SO dissapointment.. Being a loyal customer and this is the thanks you get.
