Why should I pay more money

Hello I’m unhappy homechoice customer, I’ve been paying my installment very well and I pay before month end what, what surprised me is I got I text from them that I have to pay some of the money to avoid damaging my account, I tried calling them they said the money they asking me to pay is for service they is nothing they can do or change, and homechoice consultants are very rude
