Why send me SMS saying I qualify for credit but when I apply they decline me

I did a application at the branch in last year took ally documents with and my application was approved I then places a order signed all documents with consultant the next day the consultant called me to advice me that my application was declined and had to come back to the store to reapply again which it did and once again application was approved the following day they called me to tell me the vetting department decline my application but there was no reason why. I never bothered again to apply. a few weeks later a consultant from the call centre calls me and tell me a qualify for credit up to R800 then I never bothered taking up the deal. I then reconsidered to apply online which I did and manage to place a order that was successful,the next day a consultant calls me to verify details which she also did a credit check and told me my application is approved and I will get my stuff delivered within 7 - 10 working days, a few hours later I call homechoice to verify if all is in order they tell me my application has been declined but no reason why. This company is a waist of time they approve me over the phone and in-store but later declined the application and don't even contact me to advice why they declined my application. I receive SMS every week saying I have credit available but they don't really give me credit
