Why demand a hundred rand for defective goods

i am perturbed by the number of calls i receive in a day for hundred rand after i received defective goods and informed homechoice immediately i never received a follow up call regarding the stock pots until i decided not to pay the outstanding balance on my account. i have reiterated my concerns to the callers about the pots and they keep phoning me demanding the hundred rand. but i have never used these pots as i am waiting for feed back. please i am goung to report this as ***** sending people defective items and expect them to pay the full amount. this is not a professional body i am so disheartened by sych treatment.
