Who is the third party

I have orderd a heater and a Landry basket from homechoice a moth ago. And have not received anything yet. I treid phoneing no awnsor. If someone phones me they say they will let someone phone me back on the sms i got that said a third party singh for my goods. Who is the third party and were is my stuff. No one can assist me. Please i need help. No i must pay for things i have not received.

Im getting no response to this. Im phoning and now awnsor.. No one has phoned me to give me a update on what is going on. When Will i receive my stuff?

Morning can someone please tell me what is going on with my heater and laundry basket.
