Where's my free gift

I ordered a TV on the 12th of December and it was delivered on the 17th. No problems. I realised 2 days after delivery that i did not receive my free gift.. which is a cellphone and USB. I emailed them immediately and im still awaiting a resolution. I dont understand why it has to take 24 days to send a gift that was suppose to be sent along with delivery.

Ive been emailing and Inshaaf Vernis has been responding but i need to know why there's a delay? Whats the delay?
