Where are my parcels?!
<p>I ordered from Home Choice 2 weeks ago and i got an sms last week Thursday that my order was sent to the couriers. I received a call on Tuesday from a guy that claimed to be from the courier and confirmed that he will deliver on Wednesday; I got a missed call from an unknown number on Wednesday and I thought it was the couriers but they never even pitched at my workplace to deliver!!!! I waited for his call on Thursday and today but nothing. I called Homechoice and they said my parcels are with the courier but when i call RTT they say they don't have my delivery; they claim that they don't even call clients to confirm delivery - they only send sms's of which I never even received.</p> <p>Can someone please tell me where my parcel is; I want my delivery today!!!! I cannot be billed and debited for goods that I don't even have!</p>
