Where are my lawnmower

I'm wringing a complaint against homechoice I bought a lawnmower and it was not even working a month so on the 1st of February they come and fetch it every time I phone in they're saying that they don't have a answer for me .I phone in today again and the answer was it's still at the careers they don't have a estimated when I will receive it back. They still take my money every month from my account
