Wheel damaged

I bought a Seally double bed for R10000.00 the delivery was done very quick( within 3 days), I was so overwhelmed. After some days the one will was damaged and it's very loose which makes It difficult for me to move the bed. On the 24th March they called me and asking when am I going to make payment, I told the lady will pay month end but I have a problem with one wheel that is damaged and she said she will escalate to customer service. Another one called and asked if I needed help, I explained the same thing and she said they will call me back and I'm still waiting for the call even up to today. I continued paying the instalment even though I'm not happy with the product
