what do i do?

I find this company to be very unprofessional. I placed an order for the first time, it was for 3 blankets and 2 comforter sets. I was promised that i would receive a forth blanket free. I firstly received my orders on two different dates and i received only 2 blankets instead of four. I contacted the company when my first delivery was sent through with a courier company. I opened the package while the courier guy was still at my home i found only two blankets. i phoned Homechoice immediately and spoke to customer care i explained my problem to the lady on the phone. I was told to accept the order and the balance of the stuff will be there in the next delivery. The next delivery came two days later but it was the comforter sets i ordered which was 2. Called back and was told to accept the parcels and the blankets will be sent in a week or so, Its now 3 months later and no blankets was sent.
