Wasting my time

I placed 4 orders I received 1st 2nd 4th waiting for the 3rd..... Nothing came no calls no communication. I sent a request to customer service to check on my order they say I don't have enough credit. As I placed my orders it didn't say I don't have credit but when I tried placing a 5th order it didn't allow me to cz I didn't have enough credit. My thing is if my order went through i should be able to get it. And besides deliver the items according to the order I ordered curtains and wasn't aware when ordering that I needed to order 2 I thought it would come as a pair as u can't use just 1 so only when I got my order I immediately ordered the 2nd 1now they say I can't get it. What must I do with 1 curtain. Spoke to the agent at 8.19 this morning and she says I must call this dept that's does this work and find out y they didn't notify me of this. Lol problems with homechoice don't end
