Wake up and stop harassing people

These people have been calling numerous times a week. No matter how many times I block their numbers they just keep calling. I have asked time and time again that they remove my name and number from any database they have. The last time I answered and told the caller I had asked this he slammed the phone down in my ear even before I had finished speaking.
