waiting for parcels for a monthly

I placed a order on the internet on the 19th of March till this day i still haven't received anything i have contacted the call center of homechoice to find out what is happening i was told that the parcel were already dispatched and i will receive it within the week this was on the 5th April i called again last week on the 12th they still telling me the same thing I'm due for for an installment on the 30th but i still haven't received anything.I am very disappointed in the service I'm receiving its the first time I am purchasing for Homechoice and the last never will i purchase anything from them if this is what service they give to their clients.Please assist with this matter as i am still waiting for my order.
