Waiting for credit over 4 months

I returned a parcel to Home Choice on the 17 March 2020. Way before the lockdown. It is the first of July and still waiting for the credit. I have the signed waybill where they received the parcel. I mailed it to them and call them. Contact them on Facebook but still not responding. Not either i must got a lawyer and hope for response. Why in all the years dealing with them recommending them i must get this treatment. Never will i buy from them again
