Victim of *****

I have a problem with home choice, I had an account with them I opened it at 2009 I settled an a count and closed. 2017 I was called to say I"m still owing the account which i have got no idea of what they're talking about the interest went up to R22 100 thus far. I've send emails and contacted them, I had no received any positive response. Now my problem is i am being blacklisted for products that i didn't purchase and received.
