Very very unhappy

This is not the firts time this happened to me. Every month my debit order goes off and in novermber They have decided not to take my installment. Then Homechoice has got the nerve to tell me that im behind, Just to say that they decided there is no money in my account. I can prove that no debit order went off and no unpaid debit on my bank account. And then to top it all off...list it on my credit score. And then you still want me to buy from you..I WANT MY CREDIT CLEARED...
