I CALLED AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT, NOW I RECIEVE A STATEMENT ,WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON , I CALLED AND I SPOKE TO NADIA AT ***** DEPT >WHO DIDN'T EVEN HEAR A WORD I WAS SAYING , I WANT THE MISTAKE RECTIFIED, BECAUSE EVERYTIME I CALL AND ASKED FOR MY ID NUMBER IT REFLECTS SOMEONE'S NAME AND SURNAME AND I WANT THAT FIXED ASAP, I CLOSED THIS ACCOUNT BECAUSE O=F THAT NONSENSE
