VERY Poor service & feedback from Home Choice

The adverti*****t of the Julia Couch Covers clearly states "1 x free one-seater cover" with each cover that you order (single, 2-seater & 3 seater. I have ordered a 2-seater (to get 1x free single cover) and a 3-seater (to get another 1x free single seater). I have followed up with their contact center to confirm PRIOR to the delivery, that this was the case, and they only confirmed my 2-seater & 3-seater order. After numerous follow up's and no response the parcel was delivered this morning..... with NO single seater covers... I have phoned, just to hear that I should've ordered the COMBO to get the free single seater. NO WHERE on the webpage does it show that to quality for the single seater.... It has an option "no size", however, next to each selection I made, the free 1-seater was as clear as the blue sky. I was advised to send ANOTHER email, after which I received a response "Who did you speak to and what did they say"? Don't you record your calls? And if you attend to your emails, you would know exactly what I was referring to, instead of ignoring my emails.

This is the first time I have ordered (VERY EXPENSIVELY) from HomeChoice and I must admit, it's not at all a good experience. Please get back to me ASAP.
