VERY POOR SERVICE

i ordered from homechoice and when it arrived it was not working and lines all accross the screen. I then called the very next day, sent them pics of the tv as requested. It took their courier service a week to come and collect it, after i phoned and bugged the driver to come and collect. Everytime i call the call centre or send an email, i get a different story, or they just put down the phone, then another courier arrives yesterday to collect the Tv. It was collected on the 23rd August already. Nobody is willing to give me answers, i get a different answer every day. Nobody at homechoice seems to care. There goods are not cheap and there customer service is very poor.
