Very pathetic and disgusting service.
The customer service stinks.
And a very unprofessional entity that I regret being in business with😡😡.
I purchased Items worth 9k in total from them. And I explained to them that I don't want them accessing my account as I prefer to pay by the hand in store. I made a hand payment from store and they still debited my account. That makes it double payment.
I have been calling their customers service with my airtime, they give a whole lot of unnecessary information for 5 minutes consuming my airtime with nonsense. I was trafered 3 time and they played me stupid music for 5 minutes only to hang up on me.
Finally when get someone on the line HE WAS SO RUDE......
I'm ****ed to my last core.
