Very disappointed, disgruntled and angry customer

I bought a few goods from home choice and was very happy with all but the sleeper couch. The sleeper couch is off such bad quality the legs broke off cracking the wood that it was *****ed to.I call home choice several times if they not droppings call in my ear they are extremely rude. When I send a call back nobody calls back. I sent several emails with pictures of the bad quality of the couch some finally responded after two weeks a Candice Rittel that was the last I had any communication with them. A week later 11 September they called saying they will collect the couch as it takes 3 weeks or something silly like that ,apparently it was only authorized for collection on the 20th September 2024 to either replace it or credit my account as I want to buy a different set of couches from them. It is the 25 October 2023 they still did not collect the broken thing nobody has called the don't even have the the desince to reply to my emails.And I have been paying m account faithfully for a broken sleeper couch that I can not even use.
