VERY DESAPPOINT

Hi,<br> <br> Have been calling Homechoice like 100 times, sending mails for them to fix my issue about credit bureau but in vain. All credit bureau keep on sending to me a blank credit report, there is no homechoice. When speaking to you guys you only say ooh sorry, dont worry I just fixed it now, oooh really something went wrong but it solved now...since July 2015 asking for one thing to be fixed. Im stacking, supposed to to something since last year but with a blank credit report I cant. How can you guys with a supervisor tittle can promise to call back somebody and it will never happen, till I decide to call again, and will turn around in different department and no one seams to help. Then I decided to not make any payment now I think 3 month till my issue is fixed, ah, all I can receive from homechoice now calls saying please make payment, money money...this is so irritating at the point that I feel like all you guys are focusing on is money nothing else. How comes no one ever call me back as promised? even via email was told that someone will be in touch with me regarding this but now almost a year, I keep on calling... NEED HOMECHOICE ON MY CREDIT REPORT,Please guys resolve this.
