Very bad service from deliveries department

Good day

The above matter refers

I am very disappointed with the service I received from homechoice regarding my delivery.

A lady called Bulelwa called me and was very rude confirming my address and telephone number. She never afforded me an opportunity to ask her any questions.

Now when I'm tracking the order it says returned because my address was apparently not clear and my phone was on voice mail.

I have never ever received bad service from homechoice or any agent it was the first time. Someone who did not even empathize when I advised her I was in hospital due to cancer and she just told me shes just calling to confirm my details IL speak to the driver.

People like Bulelwa should not interact with customers since they are unable to remain professional

Now because of her incompetence I have to replace my order and pay a delivery fee.. Not quiet fair but IL do it because I'd like my goods which I paid cash for.
