Very bad experience. No care for customers

I played an order in May for oil heater and gas heater which should come with blankets. Last week received only delivered gas heater and now homechoice instead of delivering the rest of my they are billing me for the entire order. For things that they did not deliver with invoice no***7

I regret placing an order with this company. Homechoice is this how you treat ur customers. U deliver incomplete items and charge them as if you delivered everything. Please correct your invoice and statement as I won't pay for things I did not get
