Very bad experience

i have placed an order on the 4th/03/2023 up until today 08/03/2023 there is no progress as the order status still says captured. every morning since then i have been receiving an SMS that my order is in processing. when i call I'm told my documents are received but not yet captured. i have sent through requested documents, and also your team has confirmed that my docs were received. I kept calling your offices and no solid response is given as to why my order is stuck with no progress. what is happening? this is frustrating as this order is just standing at one point.
