very bad customer service

I have been in contact with home choice for over 2 weeks now with no help at all. each time i call i'm told my query is logged with the IT and it will be resolved. i made more than 16 calls to the customer service and being told one thing over and over again. i was asked to send through my documents, got an email that my documents were received, but still i can't do anything with my account as its locked and every time i call the query is logged.
