Very bad customer service

I am very disappointed in this company, I ordered and Xiaomi Mi Box S on the 6th of April, then when I tracked my order online the status showed: Wednesday, 6 April 9:37 am Your parcel has been packed at our warehouse I then called them on the 12th to ask when will delivery be made they said it takes 7-14day for delivery. Then on the 14th April when I check the status online it showed that my Oder was delivered but I never received anything form them nor did I get a call from a courier company I work from home so they cant tell me they came and delivered Thursday, 14 April 2:13 pm Your parcel has been delivered. I want my parcel delivered to me by the 18th April, if not cancel my Oder.
