Very bad

I placed an order for 3 queen mink blankets combo at homechoice on the 20th of June 2020 and they said they will deliver at my home adress in 7 to 14 working days . Till today the 25th of July 2020 I have not received the blankets but they have already debited R293.70 in my bank account without my permission . Last week I was told they cant find my location. They did the same thing 2019 and I ended up canceling the order.
