Very angry customer

Kindly assist me i made an order on the 20th of July but Unfortunately it was never received I called home choice a lot times they said they logged a service request with the ***** department but how ever I don't get feedback from them. They are harassing me with calls every day telling me I didn't pay and I pay for something I didn't get. Worse Park is damaging my credit score. It shows as if I owe them and the status of my order is still on parked. Please help because I've been struggling with homechoice. Even went on Facebook and sent emails to ask for help they told me to get affidavit I did that. Now they are telling me they will investigate it will take 60 to 90 days to get feedback when I've been waiting for them from July for that investigation. Who do you expect someone to wait for that long when you busy adding interest on debt she doesn't know, am the one who is calling, sending affidavit as if I'm the one at fault. They don't care about my credit record.
