Utter Disgust!

Last February I paid the last instalment of my account…. Then all of a sudden 2 months later I received a statement to say I still owe them money. I called them and told I don’t as far as I’m concerned my account was paid up and I never ever skipped a payment. Had some attitude and they din’t bother to call me again. Then some lady in November called me and I told her the story. She gave me a discount and we agreed to pay R200 the amount. Now because of this they don’t want to assist me…I have never skipped any instalment....

My name is apparently been handed over to the credit bureau., seriously over R200!!!

What kind of business is this, want to penilize me for someone not doing their job properly!
