useless

I placed an order with Homechoice on the . Today is the 14th of July 2020, I still have not received my order. I phone Homechoice 4 times a day, min to try and get this sorted because they have already started taking money from my account but I have not received my goods yet. No one working for Homechoice is ca[able of helping me or sorting this out, and if I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they are never available and will need to phone me back, which never happens.
