USED AND DAMAGED WASHING MACHINE

I bough a front loader washing machine. it was not in a box but wrapped with a clear plastic wrap. The next day i returned it to the showroom where I collected it because it has water dripping on the pipes and drum as if it was used. I was told that the test the appliances before collection. two months down the line the washing machine starting making noise and smells life burns. I logged a call that even today, I am stuck with a broken washing machine. I have been calling and they keep on telling me that the supplier will come and have a look. I cant do hand wash due to my sickness hence I bough a washing machine.
