Update my credit report

Good day I like to thank you for helping me I hv launch complain about the account that hv been open on my behalf by someone I don't knw ,and they send letter that my credit has been resolved and credit has been cleared since March I was very happy thanks to hello Peter but my problem is that my credit report has not been updated in my credit report and it's still affecting me pls help me
