Unwanted Credit account

I followed your page on Instagram and clicked on the link to shop online and I entered my credentials. Now I have an account number and a credit limit and that's not what I asked for. I wanted to make a cash/card purchase. When I call to have this account closed the agents hang up on me. This is going to affect my credit score but no one wants to assist.
