Untruthful company Bad services

Very unpleasant, annoying and disgusting service. We bought a television from Home choice in 2019 December and a week after delivery the television broke down of which we called them and promised to send maintenance to look at it within 7 days. It has been two full month's since we were promised the company will send people within 7 days and if they cannot fix it they will exchange it. The worst part is I am paying for broken TV which is sitting gathering dust with only worked for less that a week.
