Unsatisfied service

My mom bought a good processor from them December. She returned it because it wasn't working. She got another one around January, but it wasn't working as well. So she decided to return it to the store/ showroom. She called customer service that she doesn't need it anymore, while she is still paying for it. Home choice decided to return a used and scratched blender and as usually she returned it. Now they are returning it again. 😠😠 which shows me that their customer service isn't working at all. Everyday call on when she will pay her account, knowing very well that she doesn't have it in her home. This is messed up. Poor service. Poor customer service.
