December 2022 I purchased bed with homechoice July 2023they took the mattress because it was damaged, even today I'm still struggling to receive that mattress I've reversed the payments due to the fact that I had to go to the doctor because now I'm struggling with a backpain due to sleeping on the floor,
They are calling everyday for me to make arrangements of the outstanding of one month but they are ignoring the fact that I sleep on the floor, I want homechoice to come and. Take their base and headboard that I took from them and cancel the contract because they don't take people seriously.

21 Oct 2023, 07:58After recieving this response from homechoice nothing has been done instead I received calls from homechoice agency and worse they are very rude , they need a special training (customer service training) my issue is not resolved homechoice is a bad company they only want money but they don't know how to work with their customers I regret taking things from homechoice, my advice to people stop buying from Homechoice, someone warn me but I didn't listen ,
