Unsatisfied customer

I bought a bed from homechoice beginning of the year,I had a specific name of a bed(Denver) and sales Lady said the bed was out of stock but will give me the other bed with storage space, to my surprise the Caribbean bed doesn't have a storage space like Denver bed. Am very disappointed because my room is small n need that storage bed to pa ck some other linen lying around in my house My main problem is I am stuck with a bed that I don't like and I have been complaining since the bed was delivered Please come to my rescue because homechoice is sending me from pillar to post with no solution and I am paying this bed.
